• File upload and analysis capabilities

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer various service tiers with different features and usage limits as described on our platform. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may: Use our platform for legitimate startup and business planning purposes, engage with AI guidance for educational and informational purposes, and generate content for your personal or business use.

You may not:

• Use automated scripts to interfere with or overwhelm our systems
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to our services
• Use the service for any illegal activity, harassment, or harmful content generation
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly display our services without written consent
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful materials

6. Intellectual Property

The FounderRise platform, software, branding, and original content are our property and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as expressly permitted herein. AI-generated content created through our platform may be used by you for your business purposes, subject to these terms.

7. AI-Generated Content & Data Accuracy

FounderRise utilizes artificial intelligence to provide guidance and generate content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any AI-generated content or guidance.

8. No Professional Advice

The Service and all content are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute business, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. We are not a registered business consultant, financial advisor, or legal counsel. You alone are responsible for any business decisions; consult qualified professionals before taking action based on our guidance.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party AI providers and services. We don't endorse or control these third-party services and aren't responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service (with or without notice) for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6-16 survive termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI RISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR (B) AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF (i) $100 OR (ii) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FROM BUSINESS DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI GUIDANCE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Founder Rise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your (a) use of the Service, (b) violation of these Terms, or (c) violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are not permitted; disputes must be brought individually.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental policies posted on the platform collectively form the entire agreement between you and FounderRise regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
