These Terms (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Founder Rise Inc. (“FounderRise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or “User”) governing your access to and use of the FounderRise platform, website, AI operating system, roadmap tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

FounderRise is an AI-powered operating system designed to guide early-stage founders through structured startup stages, including idea validation, product development, traction, sales, and fundraising. The Service may include AI-generated mentor guidance, roadmap tracking tools, milestone systems, founder resources, and subscription-based feature access. The Service is provided via web browser.
FounderRise provides AI-generated outputs based on startup patterns and user inputs. AI outputs are informational only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. FounderRise does not guarantee startup success, funding, revenue, or business outcomes. You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
FounderRise may offer free access plans (“Free Plans”) and paid subscription plans (“Paid Plans”). Free Plans may include limited features, usage caps, restricted access to certain stages, tools, AI functionality, and limited AI mentor messages. Paid Plans provide expanded access to features, tools, roadmap stages, AI usage, increased AI mentor message limits, and other benefits as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or discontinue any Free Plan or Paid Plan; change feature availability or usage limits, including AI mentor message limits; adjust pricing; or introduce new plans or tiers. Any changes to Paid Plan pricing will apply beginning with the next billing cycle after reasonable notice is provided. Your continued use of the Service following any plan or pricing update constitutes acceptance of such changes.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
If you purchase the Elite Plan, you consent to FounderRise sharing information about your startup with potential investors for introduction purposes.
FounderRise does not guarantee investor introductions, meetings, or funding outcomes. FounderRise does not act as a broker, investment advisor, or placement agent, and does not participate in investment negotiations or transactions.
You may delete your account at any time in your account settings. When you delete your account, your Customer Data will be permanently deleted from our active systems. Account deletion is irreversible. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
We use third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe and AI providers) to operate the Service. Deletion requests apply to data stored within FounderRise-controlled systems. Third-party providers may retain limited transactional, security, or compliance records in accordance with their own legal and regulatory obligations.
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant FounderRise a limited license to use such data solely to provide and maintain the Service, improve platform functionality, and ensure security and compliance. You agree not to upload unlawful or infringing content.
All platform materials, including software, roadmap structures, AI systems, branding, and documentation, are owned by FounderRise. You may not reverse engineer, resell, copy, or use the Service for competitive purposes.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” FounderRise disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or reliability of AI outputs, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderRise shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FounderRise from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, payments fail, or misuse or abuse of the platform occurs. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
