  • Generate AI mentor outputs.
  • Improve platform performance and user experience.

3. AI Data Processing

FounderRise uses AI service providers to generate mentor outputs. Your inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your personal data. We may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.

4. Sharing of Information

  • Service providers (e.g., hosting providers, Stripe, AI providers).
  • Legal authorities if required by law.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • If you purchase the Elite Plan, you consent to FounderRise sharing information about your startup with potential investors for introduction purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Upon account deletion, Customer Data is permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to limited legal retention requirements.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time in your account settings. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your Customer Data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain information for legal, tax, security, or dispute resolution purposes.

Third-Party Processors

We use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe and AI providers). Deletion requests apply to our systems; third parties may retain limited records as required for compliance, security, and auditing.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
