Founder Rise Inc. (“FounderRise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you access or use the FounderRise platform, website, AI mentor system, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, login credentials.
- Founder Inputs: Business description, startup information, roadmap data, AI conversations.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
- Usage Data: Log data, device information, browser type, IP address, session activity.
- Communications: Messages sent to support or feedback provided.
- Customer Discovery Data: Information you add about prospects, customers, and other contacts, such as names, organizations, roles, email addresses, website links, and notes from conversations.
- Survey Responses: Answers submitted through product-market fit survey links that you share. Survey pages do not ask respondents for a name or email address. They set a cookie in the respondent's browser so the same browser is not counted twice.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Generate AI mentor outputs.
- Improve platform performance and user experience.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- Communicate updates, product changes, and support responses.
3. AI Data Processing
FounderRise uses AI service providers to generate mentor outputs. Your inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your personal data. We may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.
When you use lead research, the customer profile you describe is sent to an AI search provider to find matching organizations. When you log a customer conversation, your notes are sent to an AI provider to extract pains, workarounds, quotes, and other insights.
4. Sharing of Information
- Service providers (e.g., hosting providers, Stripe, AI providers).
- Legal authorities if required by law.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
- If you purchase the Elite Plan, you consent to FounderRise sharing information about your startup with potential investors for introduction purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. Upon account deletion, Customer Data is permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to limited legal retention requirements.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time in your account settings. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your Customer Data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain information for legal, tax, security, or dispute resolution purposes.
Third-Party Processors
We use third-party processors (e.g., Stripe and AI providers). Deletion requests apply to our systems; third parties may retain limited records as required for compliance, security, and auditing.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights

9. International Users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email where appropriate.
